Italy. Rome & Florence May/June 2004 : Italy is fabulous! Darren and I spent a week in Rome and about a week in Florence. I think I dragged poor Darren to view every piece of art and ruin in Rome! Not to mention every gelato store!! Our friend Albert who lives in Rome took us out to a few clubs...it was a bit different drinking and dancing in ancient buildings turned to night clubs. Oh well... when in Rome!!!!! Florence is also beautiful and full of Americans! Our dear friend Alexa Pulitizer and Seth Levine exchanged vows in a castle just north of Florence. In my lifetime I have never had more fun at or seen a more beautiful wedding!

Playboy Mansion -Mid Summer Nights Dream - August 2003 : Saying goodbye to Summer 2003 in style. For starters saturday - Hef's infamous Mid Summer Party at the Mansion. This year I brought along my friends Kelly, Jessica and Ashley (cyber-bunny.) Typical celeb filled party with free drinks... and lots of half dressed women. (About a 20 to 1 ratio.... so eat your heart out guys!) Happy to run into old friends.. Of course they joined us for the rest of the weekend.. mostly in the Foundation Room (House of Blues VIP) for drinks. Courtesy of my fabulous boyfriend Darren- Hey you have to laugh when celebs are asking YOU if you can get them in the Foundation Room!! Thanks Baby! Great weekend, so long summertime.

Los Angeles October 2003 Playboy Halloween Party at Bliss : Since we met in LA a year ago . Darren and I decided to spend two weeks on the west coast and go to the Playboy Halloween party again. We spent a week in Vegas went to the Kiss/Aerosmith Concert then on to a week in LA. This year Hef decided to have "Hef's Halloween" at a club "Bliss." A great time, but then we always do!!

Grosse Point Summer Weekend 2004- July : What a way to beat the New Orleans heat! The 5th annual (My 2nd) Grosse Point Weekend. Many favorite moments include…the Prince concert on Friday night, dinner at the country club, jet boating/skiing on the lake, sunning by the pool and just quite moments with the one you love reading somewhere in a corner. The Whelan’s are forever the most gracious of hosts. Though this weekend is always an amazing time… I think we all agree that this assemblage above all got it right! Thank you again to the Whelan’s and to Michael for the sensational invite!

A Crazy New Orleans Afternoon- May 2004 : Our friend Chep is one of those brillant people that can do or make anything he puts his mind can think. One Friday afternoon he took Michael's pick up and with plastic, duct tape and water... poof a traveling hot tub was born! Fur Faces : I haven't posted my pet photos for fear I would seem the crazy cat lady. Then I thought with the joy these little lives bring.. they deserve their featured place! Bella is three and is a regal athletic cat. Typical to the Oriental breed she is a lover and usually is glued to me. (She is on my lap now.) Though she comes from a long line of Grand Champions, I chose not to breed or show her. Maduro is eleven and a Havana Brown, by far the coolest and most laid back cat in the world. No fear of anything.. big dogs or small children. You can find him resting on the nearest warm spot. He can't help it...gravity just seems to pull on him a little harder than the rest of us. I-lean is my feral rescue cat that found me. She has her issues and does hide most of the day until... it is time for ME to sleep! Before she found me she experienced some type of trama that left her with a strong head tilt to the left (not noticable in photos) Hence her name I-Lean. Sweet as can be, she always has a look on her face that is soft and full of wonderment. Hours of love and joy.

Puerto Vallarta July 2003 : HOT! Mexico is alway a great time but it was warm! Darren chartered a private sailboat and we sipped cocktails, joked with the captain and watch the sunset.
